Shipping policy
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays, Black Friday & December 26th) from Florida and typically have them ready within 1 working day of being placed. Once an order is processed by the warehouse team you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number/link, at this point your order cannot be canceled. All available options can be seen on the checkout page, please make sure you view all options (they are sorted in price order), as we cannot change your selection once you have paid and checked out.
USA - Lower 48
We offer a simple fixed pricing for up to three different service levels available, depending on the weight of the order. The carrier used may be either USPS or FedEx. All available options are shown during checkout. Days quoted are transit days and not the number of days between placing the order and expected delivery.

USA - AK, HI, FPO & Territories
Due to USPS new Ground Advantage that uses a ground/ocean method which can take weeks to arrive, we recommend using the Priority Mail service to these locations as they use an air delivery method. Days quoted are estimated transit days and not the number of days between placing the order and expected delivery, they also vary depending on your location.

International Shipping
We ship to customers around the world using Shopify Managed Markets to provide a smooth international shopping experience. At checkout, any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected in advance whenever possible. This means you can see the total landed cost before placing your order, helping to avoid unexpected charges or delays when your package arrives. Once your order has shipped, it will be processed through your country's customs authority and delivered by our trusted shipping partners. Please note that customs processing times may vary by destination, and any duties or taxes not collected at checkout (where applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer.
Please note there are a few countries which are embargoed by the US Government, which we cannot ship to - these countries will not appear in the drop down menu when adding your shipping address.
Important notes for all locations
Guaranteed delivery: None of our options above have a delivery time guarantee, they are all suggested transit times and are subject to delays by the carrier. The only service we offer which has a "money back" guarantee on the shipping cost, is the weight based Priority Mail Express. This provides either a 1 or 2 day service (depending on delivery location) and in the event the delivery is not made on time, a refund of the shipping cost is provided.
Address verification/Handling fee: In the event your address cannot be verified against the USPS database and/or google maps, we will pick and pack your order but not ship it until we get verification the address is correct. We will contact you up to 3 times to attempt to verify the address, if we do not hear back from you, the order will be held in our warehouse waiting for you to contact us. After 7 days the order will be returned into stock and refunded, less a 4% / $3.99 minimum handling fee.
